2013 Minnesota Jr Rage & Jr Chill Tryouts
Are you looking for a summer AAA hockey team that leaves your weekends free? How about getting a break from hockey for 2 months? Maybe the ability to participate in other sports besides just hockey? What about not having to get up at wee hours of the morning or travel all over town for practices? Well if any of these are something you’re tired of please read on, pass along and consider our program!
The Minnesota Jr Rage(boys) & Jr Chill (girls) AAA Hockey Club is hosting OPEN TRYOUTS. Players interested in participating should plan to attend one of these LAST OPEN TRYOUTS as our 2013 rosters are already filling; some teams have as few as 3 spots remaining. ALL sessions will have limited tryouts slots so REGISTER ON-LINE EARLY!

· {C}Girls Teams: Jr. Chill U14, U13, U12, U11, U10, U9, U8, & 06-08 Chill Development Team
o {C}Rosters of ONLY 15 Skaters, 1 Goalie
· {C}55 - *85+ Hours Ice Development
o {C}Practices 90-120 minutes (1 ½ average)
o {C}Set Scrimmages with other AAA teams
o {C}35+% of practices incorporate 3v3 small area games using regulation boards!
o {C}06-08 Development Teams, 35+ Hours; 10+ Dry Land
o {C}*NEW for 2013, Supplemental Ice Option of 20 Additional Hours
· {C}15+ Hours Dry Land Skills & Shooting
o {C}Same Day of Practice (before or after practice)
· {C}Local Tournaments
o {C}2-3 for Major Level; Spring and August; 1 for Minor Level; August
· {C}Professional Goalie Instruction & QUALITY Development Training

Orono Ice Arena
The Orono Ice Arena opened in 1997. This beautiful ice facility offers one olympic sized ice sheet, with seating capacities of around 950, heated viewing areas, pro shop, concessions, skate rental and meeting space. The arena offers 4 large locker rooms, an officials room and two state of the art High School locker rooms. The facility is host to a variety of programs, including the Orono Youth Hockey Association, Orono Boys and Girls High School hockey, numerous hockey camps, schools and clinics, as well as the home of both the Minnesota Jr. Rage and Minnesota Jr. Chill AAA clubs.
